Refund Policy for Neon Extreme

At Neon Extreme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our procedures and how we can assist you.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or personalized neon signs are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

2. Return and Refund Process

  • To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@neonextreme.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and custom or personalized products (unless damaged or defective) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for refunds.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@neonextreme.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@neonextreme.com.

7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@neonextreme.com for further assistance.
